During the last several years, Wiha has invested heavily in modernizing our business systems and infrastructure. We are entering the final phase of upgrading our global ERP to help us better serve you as we grow.
Please note how the system upgrade will affect orders:
Apr 22: Deadline to place orders for fulfillment before the upgrade.
Apr 23–25: Ship orders placed before the deadline.
Apr 23–May 6: We will still be accepting Economy shipping orders for fulfillment after the upgrade. Expedited shipping will be disabled.
May 7: Resume shipping.
Canadian orders will experience a longer delay. Deadline for placing orders will be April 13th, at which time Canada checkout will be entirely disabled until May 7th.
We encourage you to place your orders as soon as possible to avoid delays. Thank you for your patience during this transition.
